  • You will begin your journey with a morning pickup from your hotel or airport in Dhaka. As we head southwest, you'll witness the dramatic transformation from urban chaos to rural calm. Along the way, we'll cross the iconic Padma Bridge, the longest in Bangladesh, with a short scenic stop at Mawa Ghat, a bustling riverfront spot popular for fresh river fish and panoramic views of the mighty Padma River.
  • After reaching Narail, we will check into a local hotel and enjoy a traditional Bengali lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we drive toward the nearby fishing villages where time seems to stand still. You’ll meet local fishermen and board their wooden boat to witness one of the most unique fishing methods in the world: fishing with trained otters. This traditional technique involves otters herding fish into nets in perfect coordination with their human partners.
  • This rare activity lasts around 2–3 hours and offers a beautiful insight into sustainable fishing. Afterward, we return to Narail town, freshen up, and take a relaxed walk around the local Market before dinner.

  • Later, we will visit the SM Sultan Museum, dedicated to the famous artist SM Sultan who was known for portraying the strength of rural Bengali people through his paintings.
  • After exploring the museum and its surrounding gardens, we’ll enjoy our final lunch in Narail. Then we begin our drive back toward Dhaka, again crossing the Padma River.
