1.8 এখানে বর্ণিত সব শর্ত Trip Glider-এর সব ব্যবহারকারীর জন্য প্রযোজ্য, তারা ক্রেতা বা বিক্রেতা (ট্রাভেল গাইড) যাই হোন না কেন, যদি না কোনো শর্ত কেবল ক্রেতা ও বিক্রেতার জন্য প্রযোজ্য বলে উল্লেখ থাকে।
2.1 আমরা নীচে বর্ণিত ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী এবং প্রয়োজন হলে আপনার সম্মতিতে সংগ্রহ করি।

3.7 আমরা প্রয়োজনে আপনার তথ্য বাংলাদেশ থেকে বাইরে স্থানান্তর করতে পারি, তবে সে ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য আইন মেনে সুরক্ষার ব্যবস্থা নেব।
3.8 তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা ব্যবহার করলে, তাদের নীতিমালা প্রযোজ্য হবে।
আপনি সম্মতি প্রত্যাহার করতে পারেন, তবে এতে কিছু সেবা দেওয়া সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে। বিপণন বার্তা থেকে আপনি যেকোনো সময় সদস্যতা বাতিল করতে পারবেন।
