Itinerary

  • We’ll begin our journey from Dhaka by train or bus to Sreemangal, the “Tea Capital of Bangladesh.” After checking into our hotel, we’ll spend the evening exploring the surrounding village, interacting with locals, and soaking in the peaceful rural atmosphere.

  • After an early breakfast, we’ll start our exploration at Lawachara National Park, a lush tropical rainforest home to the rare Hoolock Gibbon. Then visit the scenic Madhabpur Lake, surrounded by rolling tea gardens.
    Next, we’ll see the Adi Nil Kontho Tea Cabin, birthplace of the famous 7-layer tea, followed by a walk through the Manipuri Tribal Village and a stop at the Bijoy 71 Monument.
    In the evening, we’ll take a bus to Sylhet.

  • We’ll start early to visit Jaflong, where the crystal-clear Piyain River flows from the Meghalaya hills. Then explore the Mayabi Waterfall, Khashia Tribal Village, and Hazrat Shah Jalal Shrine, one of Bangladesh’s most sacred sites.
    We’ll also cross the historic Kean Bridge over the Shurma River before beginning our overnight journey to Gazipur.

  • Today we’ll immerse ourselves in the countryside of Gazipur, visiting Bhawal Rajbari (Bhawal Palace), Bhawal Forest, and the Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute. We’ll enjoy a homemade Bengali lunch with a local family to experience real village hospitality.
    At night, we’ll board an overnight launch from Dhaka to Barishal, gliding down the mighty rivers of Bangladesh.

  • After breakfast, we’ll visit Oxford Mission Church, one of the oldest Christian landmarks in the country, and Durga Sagar Lake, famous for its scenic beauty. Then we’ll travel to Bagerhat to explore the majestic Sixty Dome Mosque, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
    Later, we’ll continue to Khulna and check into our hotel or Sundarban cruise.

  • Our adventure into the Sundarbans Mangrove Forest begins! We’ll sail through narrow canals, watching for spotted deer, crocodiles, and exotic birds.

  • We’ll continue our cruise deeper into the forest, visiting watchtowers, creeks, and fishing villages. If lucky, we may even spot footprints of the Royal Bengal Tiger.

  • After finishing the Sundarbans trip, we’ll return to Khulna. Depending on timing, we’ll travel to Narail for a quiet evening by the riverside.

  • In the morning, we’ll witness the fascinating Otter Fishing of Narail, a centuries-old technique where trained otters help fishermen catch fish.
    Later, we’ll board an overnight bus to Chittagong.

Upon arrival in Chittagong, we’ll continue to Rangamati in the Chittagong Hill Tracts. After checking in, we’ll take a boat trip on Kaptai Lake, visiting Shuvolong Waterfall, the famous Hanging Bridge, and a local tribal village and market.

  • Today we’ll drive to Cox’s Bazar, check in to our hotel, and enjoy a breathtaking sunset by the sea at the world’s longest beach.

  • A full day to enjoy Cox’s Bazar! We’ll visit Kolatoli Beach, Shugondha Beach, Marine Drive Road, Himchari Hill, Lal Kakra Beach, and Inani Beach.

After breakfast, we’ll take a boat ride to Moheshkhali Island, the only hilly island in Bangladesh. We’ll explore its ancient pagoda, fishing villages, and bustling fish market.
At night, we’ll return to Dhaka by overnight bus.

  • We’ll arrive in Dhaka early in the morning. Depending on your flight time, we can explore a few local attractions or directly transfer you to the airport.
