  • The area surrounding Dhaka University gives us powerful monuments like Shaheed Minar and the iconic Curzon Hall. These spots hold stories of language martyrs and colonial-era education.
  • Next, we head to the sacred Dhakeshwari Temple, where rituals and faith continue unchanged for centuries. It’s one of Dhaka’s spiritual pillars.
  • We then explore the mighty Lalbagh Fort, whivh is a Mughal masterpiece with an unfinished love story. The fort is a striking mix of history and legend.
  • In Old Dhaka, we admire the mosaic beauty of the Star Mosque and wander the artisan alleys of Shakhari Bazar. The Armenian Church provides a peaceful pause before our final visit to the majestic Ahsan Manzil, also known as the Pink Palace.
  • A relaxing boat ride along the Buriganga River lets us witness the daily river life and chaos of Sadarghat. We end the day with a hotel check-in for rest.

  • After breakfast and hotel checkout, we drive toward Narayanganj. Our first stop is Panam Nagar - an abandoned city of crumbling colonial mansions.
  • This once-prosperous merchant town now stands frozen in time, offering atmospheric streets perfect for photography and imagination.
  • Then we visit the Folk Art Museum, where vibrant crafts and traditional tools showcase Bengal’s rich rural culture. Each room tells a different story of village life.
  • A short walk takes us to Goaldi Mosque, a rare and beautifully preserved Sultanate-era mosque. Its brickwork and design are distinct to pre-Mughal Bengal.
  • From there, we continue to Cumilla and explore the tranquil ruins of Shalban Vihara. This ancient Buddhist monastery complex is nestled in greenery.
  • Before leaving Cumilla, we visit the Cumilla War Cemetery, a well-maintained British-era cemetery where World War II soldiers are buried. It’s a peaceful, poignant reminder of global history.
