Trip Glider-এ স্বাগতম! এই শর্তাবলী আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট এবং ফেইজবুক পেইজ ব্যবহারের নিয়ম ও নীতিমালা নির্ধারণ করে।

আমাদের সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। যদি আপনি কোনো অংশের সাথে একমত না হন, অনুগ্রহ করে সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করবেন না।

১. ইউজার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন

• কিছু ফিচার ব্যবহারের জন্য আপনাকে অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হতে পারে।
• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
• রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় সঠিক ও পূর্ণাঙ্গ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।

২. ইউজার আচরণ

সার্ভিস ব্যবহারের সময় আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে, আপনি:

• কোনো প্রযোজ্য আইন বা নিয়ম ভঙ্গ করবেন না।
• অন্যের অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করবেন না।
• ক্ষতিকর বা অশোভন কনটেন্ট আপলোড, পোস্ট বা শেয়ার করবেন না।
• কোনো ধরনের প্রতারণামূলক কাজে জড়াবেন না।
• সার্ভিস কোনো অবৈধ বা অনুমোদনহীন কাজে ব্যবহার করবেন না।

৩. মেধাস্বত্ব

Trip Glider -এর সার্ভিস, এর মৌলিক কনটেন্ট, ফিচার এবং ফাংশনালিটি Trip Glider-এর মালিকানাধীন এবং বাংলাদেশ কপিরাইট অফিস দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত।

৪. পণ্য তালিকা ও লেনদেন

• বিক্রেতারা তাদের তালিকাভুক্ত পণ্যের (ট্রাভেল সার্ভিস) তথ্যের যথার্থতার জন্য দায়ী।
• ক্রেতারা ক্রয় করার আগে পণ্যের বিবরণ ও শর্তাবলী পড়ে নেবেন।
• Trip Glider তালিকাভুক্ত পণ্যের (ট্রাভেল সার্ভিস) গুণগত মান, নিরাপত্তা বা বৈধতার সর্বাত্মক প্রচেষ্টা করে (অসঙ্গতি লক্ষ করলে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম কে জানান) ।

৫. পেমেন্ট ও লেনদেন

• Trip Glider-এ সকল পেমেন্ট সরাসরি অফিস, আমাদের অনুমোদিত মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং নম্বর , অফিসিয়াল ব্যাংক একাউন্ট ও  আমাদের পেমেন্ট পার্টনারদের মাধ্যমে নিরাপদে সম্পন্ন হয়।
• ব্যবহারকারীরা সঠিক পেমেন্ট তথ্য প্রদানের জন্য দায়ী।
• Trip Glider যে কোনো লেনদেন বাতিল বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৬. গোপনীয়তা নীতি

আমাদের সার্ভিস ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের Privacy Policy-তে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। অনুগ্রহ করে এটি পর্যালোচনা করুন যাতে আপনি জানতে পারেন আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য আমরা কিভাবে ব্যবহার করি।

৭. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

আমাদের Return and Refund Policy-তে রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ডের নিয়মাবলী বিস্তারিত বর্ণনা করা হয়েছে। অনুগ্রহ করে সেটি পর্যালোচনা করুন।

Trip Glider যে কোনো কারণে বা শর্ত লঙ্ঘনের কারণে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং সার্ভিস ব্যবহারের অনুমতি স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৯. শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন

আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। পরিবর্তনগুলো এই পেজে প্রকাশিত হওয়ার সাথে সাথে কার্যকর হবে। তাই নিয়মিত এই পেজ ভিজিট করে আপডেট জেনে নিন।

১০. দায়সীমা

Trip Glider, এর সহযোগী ও পার্টনার কোন সরাসরি, পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক, বিশেষ বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না যা আপনার সার্ভিস ব্যবহারের কারণে হতে পারে।
